In 2023/24 Brenda was commissioned to write two characters in an audio experience looking at the history of the Old Magistrates Courts’ building – now Creative Youth Network’s creative enterprise hub.
The audio experience depicted true stories of young people who had previously been arrested in the Courts. The experience aims to provoke audiences to consider the role of justice in society.
Commissioned by Creative Youth Network, the experience was produced in co-creation with young people and emerging talent working with dBs Pro and Controlled Frenzy.
